1. One-Time Registration Fee

WeFounders Group charges a one-time startup registration fee of ₹9,999/- (Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Rupees only). This fee covers onboarding and the applicable services described on our website and/or agreed with the registered startup.

2. All Registration Payments Are Non-Refundable

The amount paid towards the ₹9,999 registration fee is non-refundable. Once payment has been made, it will not be refunded, including if a startup later chooses not to proceed, changes its plans, does not provide requested information, is not eligible for a particular opportunity, or does not receive the outcome it expected.

The registration fee covers the commencement of onboarding and service-related work, including review of business requirements, coordination, fundraising-readiness support and efforts to identify potentially relevant opportunities. For this reason, the fee is not conditional on a funding outcome.

3. Services and Our Commitment

WeFounders Group aims to provide professional, responsive and value-focused support throughout the registration and fundraising-readiness process. Depending on the startup’s profile and the agreed scope, services may include:

• Business profile assessment: reviewing the business model, funding requirement, growth plans and available documents.
• Investor and funding connections: seeking potentially relevant introductions through our network of angel investors, HNIs, UHNIs, private equity groups, banks, NBFCs and other funding sources, subject to their criteria and availability.
• Dedicated relationship manager: coordinating onboarding, explaining next steps and sharing updates on relevant activities.
• Fundraising preparation: guidance on pitch decks, business plans, financial projections and investor communications, as applicable to the agreed scope.
• Mentorship and strategic growth support: efforts to connect suitable businesses with mentors or strategic partners where relevant opportunities exist.
• Fund-utilisation guidance: support where expressly agreed as part of the engagement.

Our objective is to connect startups and investors on one platform and focus on relevant opportunities, transparent communication and long-term business growth. We strive to deliver the best possible service within the agreed scope; however, individual services and introductions depend on the startup’s needs, readiness, eligibility and the availability of suitable third parties.

4. No Guarantee of Funding or Investor Meetings

Registration does not guarantee investor meetings, investment offers, funding approval, a minimum investment amount or a specific fundraising timeline. Investors and funding institutions make their own independent decisions after conducting due diligence and applying their own investment criteria. WeFounders Group cannot control those decisions.

5. Separate Success Fees and Additional Charges

Where applicable, a fundraising success fee or other additional charge is separate from the registration fee. Any such fee, percentage, scope and payment terms will be communicated and agreed in writing before it becomes payable. A success fee, where agreed, is generally linked to the relevant funding being successfully disbursed, as specified in the written agreement.

6. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you believe that a payment was charged incorrectly or duplicated due to a payment-processing issue, contact us with your payment reference and relevant details. We will review the transaction and, where an error is verified, address it in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider’s procedures. This review does not change the non-refundable nature of the registration fee for the services covered by this policy.
